Consultation Services

I provide consultation services for individuals, groups and organizations. Consultation services are primarily focused on working with LGBTQ2SIA+ populations and multicultural competency education/training for practitioners, including:
  • Working with transgender and non-binary clients and navigating transition options and processes, such as obtaining hormones and other medical and non-medical transition options
  • Creating more inclusive and welcoming environments and practices for LGBTQ2SIA+ and QPOC populations
  • Important topics of concern regarding LGBTQ2SIA+ and QPOC identities and implications for counseling services
  • Working with multicultural populations and increasing understanding of and responding to unconscious bias as well as impacts of systemic oppression and discrimination
  • Creating more inclusive and welcoming environments and clinical practice for marginalized populations
